Delivery policy

Processing time for orders:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• Norway: 2-4 business days

• Sweden: 2-5 business days

Tracking your order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges:

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

How to return an item:

1. Send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

3. The customer pays for the return shipping, unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
