Cocochoco Danmark holds the copyright to all content (text, image and audio materials, databases, programming code). Unauthorized use of any part of the website, without permission from the copyright owner, is considered an infringement of copyright and is subject to legal action.

Purchase and trust
HC Company may, but is not obligated to, monitor any portion of the Site where users transmit or post messages or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to the user forum, as well as the content of such messages. However, HC Company is not responsible for the content of any of the above messages, whether arising from copyright, defamation, privacy, obscenity or otherwise. HC Company reserves the right to remove messages that contain materials that we consider obscene, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable. Product range
In order to be able to shop with all the benefits (special promotions and benefits, use of promotional codes and tickets) on our site, you can be a registered user. The registration process is very simple and only requires basic personal information. On the left side of each page is a drop-down menu with product categories. If you select one of the categories, a page with listed products opens. If you have listed a group of products that interest you, you can see additional information about a specific product by clicking on the image or product name. If you do not know which category the product you are interested in belongs to, you can use the search box on the left side of the page. You can enter the product code, name, purpose, etc. in the field.
When reviewing a product, you must first select the size of the product you are viewing and the quantity you wish to purchase. You will notice that there is a "BUY" button (add to cart) on the right side of the product image. When you click this button, you will be notified that the product is in your cart. It is possible to add the same product to the cart more than once.
The webshop displays the availability or unavailability status of each item.
CONTENTS OF THE CART
You can view all the products you want to buy at any time. Simply clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page will open a page showing all the products ready for purchase. You can very easily delete products from the shopping cart or increase the number of desired products.
ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THE CART
When you are ready to make a purchase, click on the shopping cart and the "Add to cart" button, under which you will see the contents with all the items you have put in the shopping cart. Then the page will open to complete the purchase in steps. If you have changed your mind about shopping and want to change something - you can simply return from the shopping cart to see the offer on the page. Returning to the shopping cart to the payment section is done in the same way - by clicking on the "Shopping cart" button (in the section where the shopping cart is) or by simply clicking on the shopping cart icon on the left side of the page.
CHOICE OF PAYMENT METHOD
Cocochoco Denmark offers you various payment methods: payment by debit and credit card, payment via bank transfer, payment on delivery (upon pickup).
Payment in cash upon receipt of the shipment:
The COD option allows you to pay the order amount upon delivery to the specified address, only when you see the goods in front of you. Payment with COD is made exclusively in cash, to be delivered upon delivery to the specified address.
Payment by credit card:
Debit and credit card payments are enabled with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover Card payment cards in the manner described in the Payment Method. Check with the issuing bank to see if your card supports online payments.
BY CARD PURCHASE - After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the Corvus Pay card payment system, where you enter your payment card details and make payments. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our page with information that the payment has been completed. In the event of an unsuccessful payment, you will be returned to our payment error information page and will be able to try the payment again or choose another payment method.
PAYMENT ON OUR WEBSITE IS SECURE!
HC Company uses the Corvus Pay internet payment service from Corvus, an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the internet. Details are described in Payment Methods.
Corvus Pay ensures full confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it in the Corvus Pay payment form. Payment information is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Moreover, the data is inaccessible even to Corvus Pay system employees. The isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.
The form for entering payment data is provided with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. In addition, all stored data is protected by encryption using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. Corvus Pay meets all requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by leading card brands, i.e. operates in accordance with the standard - PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank, in addition to the validity of the card itself, also confirms your identity using a token or password.
END OF ORDER
By clicking the "Complete Order" button, you will be notified of a successfully shipped order (unless you are purchasing with a card, in which case the steps described above in the Payment by Card section apply). Note: before clicking the Confirm button, please check that you accept the Terms of Use. An order confirmation will be sent shortly to the email address you provided during registration. Delivery
After confirming the order, if further verification of your data is needed, the seller will contact you to confirm and verify all data, usually within 48 hours.
When we receive the payment, we will ship the order.
From that moment on, delivery time is usually 1-3 🇩🇰 business days.
For some less connected areas and islands, this period may be longer.
Please understand that there may be delays during periods of heavy discounts and seasonal promotions, as we also rely on external services. Delivery times may then be extended to 7 business days.
If all items are available, they go for delivery.
After checking availability, you will receive an availability email if a particular item is not available.
The response time for this email is 2 days. If you do not cancel or confirm the order within two days, it will be sent to you for delivery. If postage is charged due to the unavailability of the item, it will be removed.
You will receive an email when you create an account and a package with information about it.
Global Logistic Services, hereinafter referred to as GLS, (the delivery service that HC Company cooperates with), delivers shipments to the delivery address between 8:00 and 20:00. During this period, you must ensure that there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. The courier will contact you by phone approximately one hour in advance. When collecting the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, you must refuse to receive the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment appears to be undamaged, you are welcome to collect the shipment and sign the delivery note/address book. The courier attempts to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone number you left when you placed the order and agree on a new delivery date. If he still cannot find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange reshipment.
Delivery is free if your order is over 500 DKK. For smaller orders, delivery costs will be charged in the amount stated during payment.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
HC Company complies with consumer protection policies. As our consumer, you have the right to return the purchased item for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can return the order by mail.
RETURN / REPLACE
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product and according to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are responsible for any deterioration of the purchased product. .
If you have changed your mind about the purchase or after receiving the order you conclude that the product does not suit you, the treatment method, within the already mentioned 14 days it is possible to make an exchange or get a refund for the product. You can return the goods by post. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product if he exercises his right to unilateral termination of the contract.

The goods can only be returned upon presentation of the invoice and a list of complaints/returns.

When returning goods or refunding a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, HC Company will return the funds paid for the goods to the bank account indicated by the buyer and to which he sends the IBAN, or will cancel the account.
Refunds to people who have paid on delivery will be made after confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, and within 15 business days.
Please note that the returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with a copy of the invoice and complaint/refund form. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by the handling of the goods. This does not apply to the handling required to determine the authenticity of the product. If the goods are not in good condition (unused and undamaged or the original packaging is damaged), the buyer will pay the postage of 49 kr so that the goods can be sent back to your home address.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days without giving a reason.
To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the agreement unilaterally before the expiry of the period by an unequivocal statement sent by post or e-mail stating your name, address, telephone number or e-mail.
The period for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day on which the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you who is not a carrier.
Refund of the amount paid
If you unilaterally terminate this agreement, we will refund the money we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you have chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered.
The refund will be made to the account whose IBAN you provide us, or the card payment will be cancelled. You will not incur any costs and the refund will depend on the difference in payment method. We can only refund after the goods have been returned to us, or after you have provided us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Return of goods
Send the goods by post without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. You shall be deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiry of the above deadline. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

Consumer liability for impairment of value of goods
You are responsible for any deterioration of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Customers are asked to pay attention to the packaging, which is an integral part of the product. It is not permitted to glue, scratch or otherwise damage the packaging (e.g. boxes with keratin treatments).
Reduction of the refund amount due to the condition of the original packaging of the returned product:
Undamaged packaging: full refund
Damaged packaging: reduction of the product's value by 50 dkk
Without original packaging: reduction of product value by 50 dkk
Percentage reduction of the refund amount due to the condition of the returned product:
- Product originally packaged: 0%
- Unused product: 0%
- Used product: 100%
We will send you confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by email without delay.
Liability for material defects in the product
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions between the Obligations Act (OG 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material defects.
The consumer is obliged to inform the seller immediately and no later than two months from the day he discovered the defect that there are visible defects.
As a seller, we are not liable for a significant defect in the sold item that becomes apparent after two years from the sale of the item.
COMPLAINTS
HC Company complies with consumer protection policies.
As a consumer, you have the right to return the purchase for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
You can return the order by mail.
When you pick up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier.
If there is visible damage to it (broken parts and dents), the package should not be picked up.

We will inform you as soon as possible about further measures.
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box you find that the delivered goods do not match what was ordered or that the invoice data is not appropriate, please call us no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +45 52 179178 or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail info@cocochoco-professional.dk and describe what problem you have. We will inform you as soon as possible about further measures.
If there is a disagreement about the purchased product in relation to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please proceed in the manner defined in the Executive Order on Consumer Complaints for Goods Purchased through Online Sales, which you must send to info@cocochoco-professional.dk In the case of defective goods, the cost of delivering the complaint will be borne by HC Company.
In cases where a defective product can be replaced with a new one and when the product is refundable, we will send a delivery service to your address, which will pick up the advertised product and return it to our warehouse. When the product arrives at the warehouse, we will send you a notification about the refund/shipment of the replacement product. Refund/exchange of a new product will be made within 15 days.
Repay
When returning goods or refunding a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, HC Company will return the deposited funds to the bank account specified by the customer and to which he sends the IBAN or cancels the account. Refunds to people who have paid on delivery are made after confirmation of receipt of payment and upon receipt of the returned order, and within 15 business days.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in DKK. If paying with a payment card from a foreign issuing bank, the DKK transaction amount will be converted to the bank's settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate for the Danish bank. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be DKK.
Exemption from liability
HC Company strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information published on the website. Despite these efforts, it is possible that there will be a rapid change in product features, availability and prices that cannot be simultaneously updated on the website. In this case, HC Company will inform the customer of the changes as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to replace the ordered product or cancel the order.

When making a purchase, the provision of the requested personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, so that HC Company can deliver/deliver the requested goods and thus fulfill its contractual obligation. Your credit and debit card data that you enter when paying in our webshop is not received or processed in our systems. The processing takes place in the systems and the technical and legal responsibility of our online payment partner, and we receive information about the status of the transaction.

REGISTRATION AND OPENING PROFILES
HC Company allows you to register on its website and open your profile. Through your profile, you can make online purchases and realize other benefits.
The following personal information is necessary to register and open a profile: Name and surname, email address, gender, telephone number, address and place of residence, date of birth and password.
The owner of the profile can enter frequently used addresses if he wishes, as well as the information necessary to use the discount in the webshop. These data (except for the password) and the order history in your profile are available to HC Company webshop employees and other persons when necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing.
